I discovered Flexible Dieting back in 2015.

After trying (and failing) at every fad diet in the book I found myself HEAVIER than when I started. I was miserable, exhausted, and starving all the time. 

I tried every diet in the book from low carb, low fat, intermittent fasting, paleo, six meals a day, you name it. I kept thinking I just needed more willpower and if only I tried a little harder I would get to my goal. Eventually, I became so overwhelmed and honestly just burned out! By then my relationship with food was horrible and I hated my body.

Learning how to use the principles of flexible dieting completely changed my life, my body, and restored my mental health. It opened my eyes to what healthy weight loss actually looked like! I no longer had to keep restarting the same fad diet after falling off plan every 2 weeks.

I suddenly had freedom to enjoy food again, actually fuel my workouts (I was a marathon runner at the time), and not feel like I was chained to an unrealistic list of rules I had set for myself.

Happy to report that I no longer fear the scale, have found a new love for cooking, and love my body more than ever.
