Thanks for visiting my site! This truly has been years in the making and I am so excited to FINALLY have a place to put all my recipes, weight loss tips, and workouts.
From a very young age I've known that my life's mission to teach men and women how to lose weight and keep it off for good! I remember doing exercise videos with my mom in our basement and helping her in the kitchen because I knew how important being active and eating healthy was (I was maybe 12 years old!).
My passion for food and exercise has stayed with me through the years as a long distance runner, college graduate, and now through my career at Total Health and Fitness as a dietitian and personal trainer.
I work 1:1 with clients who want to transform their life through healthy weight loss (no fad diets here). I will help you achieve your goal weight no matter how busy you are, no matter how little time you have to meal prep, and no matter if you can get to a gym or not.
